Symposium fees include the following: 1) Access to all symposium sessions, 2) lunches, 3) coffee breaks, 4) opening reception, 5) symposium dinner, and 6) field trip.

Due to the limited capacity, priorities are given to registered participants who are from the Asia-Pacific region or who work there. If you fall under the criteria, you will receive a link to complete the payment for the registration. Your registration is confirmed only after the payment has been made.

Cancellation policy

​

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to ssfsymposium@gmail.com as soon as possible and no later than March 15th.

​

 A processing fee of $50 USD will be charged for cancellations received on or before March 15th. No refunds will be issued after that date. No‐shows are not eligible for refunds.
